In order to provide its services and business legitimately, Poolus limits its service to certain hours. The business operates only from 5am to 11am, and 5pm to 2am, when the traffic laws allow exception during the commuting hours to ease heavy traffic and congestion.

Moreover, the official website of poolus (https://poolus.kr/wp) provides a tool, which riders could calculate how much they would save from using Poolus instead of the cab.
Big investors, including Naver, Mirae Asset, SK Corp have already funded Poolus for its technological development and for its expansion of services to wider regions. The CEO of Poolus, Kim Tae-ho, promises that “Poolus will improve the quality of life and move transport culture in a new direction as an industry leader.”
